1. Combine Gmail with Google Docs
Do you notice that you can combine search Gmail and Google Docs at the same time with one command, split one section from Gmail to list your Google documents or even preview documents, spreadsheets and presentations directly in the email when you receive a link to Google Docs? Just do it by click the settings button in the right top of the Gmail interface. When you enter the interface, click the “Labs” button. Then under the tab, tick these options and click the "Save Changes".
2. Share documents with non-Google Docs users
You must know that your Google documents can be shared with other Google Docs users. As for these non-Google Docs users, you can also share your Google documents with them by uploading these files to the publishing them on the web. To do that, just find the document you'd like to share, and then click the "Sharing settings". On the settings interface, click “change>public on the web. You can allow them to edit the file by tick “Edit access”.
3. Insert YouTube video to Presentation on Google DocsYou might wonder whether it is possible to insert videos to the presentation you created on Google Docs or not. Yes, you can. After you enter the presentation editing interface, you could see the toolbar right under the brand "Google docs". Click "Insert" and choose "Video", then Google docs could display many YouTube videos. You search for the one you need and click "Select Video". Then you can see the video window on the presentation. Drag to adjust the size of the video.
4. Drawing on Presentations
Sometimes if you do not find the suitable picture, graphics to inset into your presentation, you can draw one. On the presentation interface, click "Insert>Drawing". Then you can draw on the floating interface. After you finish drawing, click Save. Then on the presentation interface, adjust the size of the drawing.
